Itinerary
Arrive at Srinagar Airport, report to the House Boat.
Visit Shankaracharya hill and the holy temple. Enjoy the Dal Lake Shikara ride and visit the island of Char Chinar. Photograph yourself in Kashmiri outfits at various photo studios. In the afternoon, visit Nishat Bagh -‘ The garden of pleasure’ and Shalimar Bagh – ‘Abode of Love.’ Enjoy shopping in the evening.
Visit Gulmarg – known as the ‘Meadow of Flowers.’ Visit the carpet factory. En-route view the apple orchards. See the Golf Course and Enjoy one of the World’s Highest Cable Car rides up to the Affarwat snow point. Free time to play and enjoy the snow.
Proceed to Pahalgam. En-route visit the Avantipur ruins, the Cricket bat factory, and pass by the Pampore Saffron fields. On arrival, proceed to Chandanwari for magnificent views of the Lidder Riverside trek. Enjoy photography and a LidderLidder riverside trek. Enjoy a get-together with your travel companions in the evening.
Board the flight for Jammu. On arrival, proceed to Katra. Arrive in Katra, the base point of Vaishnodevi. Later proceed for the Vaishnodevi Temple, a trek of a total of 28 km.
Return to Katra. Free day for relaxation or leisure activity.
